Availability of courses Courses must be booked in advance.
Orders A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and Anna’s Birth Services reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason.
Fees Upon receiving your non-refundable deposit of $200, your space on the course will be secured. Anna’s Birth Services will invoice you for the final fee, $275, one month before your course dates. All payment is taken via online banking, the details of which wil be emailed to you by Anna. Your MP3 will be emailed to you a week before your course. Welcome packs will be provided on Day 1. Your copy of The Hypnobirthing Book will be provided on day 2 of your course.
Participant Cancellation Participants will be refunded the amount they have paid in the sad and unfortunate event of a miscarriage.
Course changes or cancellation Anna’s Birth Services reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date, and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased price.
Covid-19 To help slow the spread of Covid-19, Anna’s Birth Services will not carry out any face to face courses or consultations in the lock-down period. All courses will be held via Zoom, and dates may vary.
On-call and course dates Anna’s Birth Services will inform you as soon as possible if she is on call during a course, and will provide a 3rd date as back up as a ‘just in case’. Anna will contact you as soon as possible if she is at a birth on a day of your course and has the right to reschedule at any point.
Intellectual property Any recording or written material included as part of this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of Katharine Graves, The Hypnobirthing Centre Ltd, or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission. The participant agrees not to record the course or any part thereof. The participant also agrees that, from time to time, Anna Driver may film or record the course for sales, marketing, promotional or quality control purposes. Anna Driver will seek the participant’s consent to be filmed or recorded for the duration of the event and the participant shall agree that Anna Driver shall retain all Intellectual Property Rights arising from any resulting media.
Data Protection The participant agrees that Anna Driver shall hold your details on computer and, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, you are able to view your individual file by giving not less than seven days’ written notice.

Agreement Any booking of a Hypnobirthing class assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale.
